During this time of pivoting, a new avenue of expertise that has emerged is giant foam art pieces and, we’re not mad about it. From candy hearts for “Love Your City”, to foam flowers for “Tsawwassen Blooms”, our team has been able to design, develop and install excellent art pieces, and the Farmers Market was our most recent foray.
These public art pieces were showcased all over Vancouver. The hearts popped up in several locations, and found their home at Vancouver City Hall for the summer. Our flowers were on a rotating schedule, blooming in different locations around Tsawwassen. Most “fruitful” were the Vancouver Farmers market pieces. Peaches, eggplants, strawberries and cherries lived atop a bus stop at Burrard and Dunsmuir.
We were able to use our new design software to create realistic modelling of the projects, allowing the clients to envision exactly what they would look like.
We’ve been very lucky to be able to pivot and offer this service to our clients while traditional events were on pause. From designing the concept, to budgeting, to install, we are there every step of the way.
