Our festival site maps are a crucial component of our workflow. We meticulously design them to cater to the needs of every stakeholder, supplier, crew member, and volunteer. 📝

What3Words Integration

We use #W3W & #Vectorworks seamlessly to obtain geographic coordinates, which are then encoded within the W3W system. Hyperlinks are created within a PDF export so that users can simply click or tap on the site map to be directed to gates, security positions, and other key areas. W3W has helped better improve our internal communication, as well as better integration with key stakeholders! 🔀
